Hotel Palu is a traditional yet highly innovative hotel in the heart of Livigno, with ski slope views.
The light project focuses on suites, characterised by a typical mountain style, with a classical soul which revokes traditions, integrated with details featuring a more modern style.
The aim of the project was to highlight the typical character of the facility and of natural materials (wood and stone), softening interiors with sophisticated details.
The entrance of bedrooms is highlighted by the presence of small spotlights that welcome the guest.
The rooms are fitted with light lines which exalt the architecture, stimulating dialogue between wood and plaster. The design is softened by the presence of fabric wall lamps, which add warmth to the setting.
Headboards are characterised by a mix of wood and fabric, which is why a minimal product has been selected, with a finishing similar to the vein patterns of wood, adding an enhancing touch to the architecture of the room.
The stone showers, different among them and a highly characterising element for rooms, are illuminated with led strips that create a depth effect and bring light to the natural texture of the stone, thus generating a pleasant ambience steeped in light and shadow.
Attention to detail is one of the characteristics of this project as the presence of several materials and the unique architecture of the rooms has resulted in elegant, refined and modern interiors, without shunning classical mountain style.
