Conservation Period

Data are processed and conserved for the period of time requested according to collection purposes.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes linked to the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be conserved until the execution of said contract is completed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes regarding the Data Controller’s legitimate interest will be conserved until the fulfilment of said interests. When processing is based on User consent, the Data Controller may conserve Personal Data for longer, until the withdrawal of said consent.
